1. Definition of Services

TrimWrap provides specialized wrapping services for exterior and interior vehicle trim elements. The services consist of covering worn chrome or plastic elements with carbon, brushed aluminum, or glossy black films for aesthetic refurbishment.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Provider's Obligations (TrimWrap):

• To provide professional services, according to the specifications discussed and approved by the client.
• To use quality materials for performing the services.
• To present a clear framework of the services offered and the associated costs.

Client's Obligations:

• To provide correct and complete information for service estimation.
• To ensure access to the vehicle under adequate conditions for performing the work.
• To pay for the services according to the established terms.

3. Limitation of Liability

TrimWrap assumes liability for the correct execution of services according to professional standards. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the elements being wrapped or for the normal wear of the applied material over time. The warranty covers execution and material defects for a period established upon delivery of the work.

4. Financial Terms and Returns

All prices are displayed in LEI and include VAT, where applicable. A partial payment may be requested as a deposit to schedule the service. In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit may be refunded according to the policy notified at the time of booking. Final services, once performed and delivered, are not eligible for return or full refund, except for cases covered by the warranty.

5. Modification and Termination of Terms

TrimWrap reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any modification will be communicated by publishing the updated version on the website trimwrapoverlay.com/terms.html. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You may cease using our services at any time.
